2.2 – Brief Decription on the Proposed Venue (by PK Shiro)
Name of Place/Location: Itogon, Tuding, Benguet (more or less 45 minutes from Baguio City Town)
Details:

• ·Free Accommodation (but we must give a certain amount for donation)
• ·3-storey Building
• ·Has a basketball court (for outdoor activities)
• ·Rooms have basic beddings (with aircon)
• ·Bathrooms have hot & cold showers
• ·Has a kitchen (with utensils, plates and spoons etc.)
• ·Free drinking water
• ·A typical set of music instruments (including guitar, keyboard, drums, ... )
• ·Sound System (for more details please PM PK Shiro)

2.3 – Things To Bring to “The Gathering”

3.1 – Cost/Expense Estimates
3.1.1 Travel/Fare
3.1.1.a Mindanao-MLA, Round trip - Airfare costs around 4-5K
3.1.1.b MLA-Baguio City, Round trip - Busfare costs around Php 700-800.00
3.1.1.c SF La Union-Baguio City - Busfare costs around Php 80-120.00
3.1.1.d Pangasinan-Baguio City - Busfare costs around Php 100-150.00
3.1.1.d Pampanga-Baguio City - Busfare costs around Php 300-500.00
3.1.2 Registration Fee: Php 1,500.00
3.1.3 Prepare around 3-5K for other expenses (snacks, load, personal needs, etc.)

*** Time favors us because we have plenty of days/months to earn (though we should not disregard our other appointpents too). So let’s start feeding the piggy bank now.

4.1– Raising Funds

4.1.1 A proposal was raised for the Northerns to help the Southerns by raising additional funds.
4.1.2 Suggested means:
4.1.2.a Special Offering exclusive for PK’s (from Local Churches)
4.1.2.b Solicitations
4.1.2.c Summer jobs (exclusive for fund raising)
4.1.2.d Pledges from PK’s who are professionals
4.1.2.d.1 Suggested amount: Php 3,000.00 (you can add accrdng to your heart’s generosity)
4.1.2.d.2 Proposed Deadline of Remittance: November 30, 2009
*** Puede rin daw magtinda ng bote, plastic, dyaryo, bakal, newspaper at iba pa... hehe
*** O kaya repair ng payong at sapatos... haha
4.2.1 Open Bank Accounts for the Collection
4.2.1.a PK Shiro will open an account for the North and PK Rejoice for the South.
4.2.1.b All collections from the fund raising will be deposited on the bank accounts and will be withdrawn before December.
4.2.1.c The PK’s assigned to open the accounts will be requested to update us of the status on a regulary basis.

5.1– Scouting the Venue
5.1.1 PK Shiro and PK Genesis are tasked to visit the place and take some pictures on the details so we could have a clearer view of our Transient PBB-style Mansion. hehe
5.1.2 The date of the visit will be will be posted soon.

7.1.2 March 14, 2009 – No meeting (some PK’s will be in Singapore for the G12 Conference)
7.1.3 March 21, 2009 – Agenda will cover the committees and activities (the program as an agenda will follow after we define the activities)

***NOTE: PK Rejoice suggested (thru Cbox last March 1st) to alter the FINAL DATE (December `21-23, 2009) so we could align the scehdule with the national G12 Annual Conference. Assuming that the said conference takes place on the same month, we might consider dragging our PK Gathering’s schedule right next or before it. However, the date of the conference is still tentative but we should consider it so we could hit two birds (G12 Conference and PK Gathering) in one stone. We can discuss this matter next meeting.
